What it does

Takes a draft email and makes it better, cleaner, shorter, with a clear ask and no wasted words.

When to use

• Any time you've written an email and it feels too long or too hedging
• Before sending anything important to a client or senior stakeholder
• When you need to say something direct and want to make sure it lands right

The skill

Rewrite this email. Rules:

• Cut anything that doesn't serve the reader
• The ask (if there is one) should be unmistakable and near the end
• Match the tone I've set, don't make it warmer or more formal than my draft
• Don't add "I hope you're well" or soften a direct message
• If I've buried the point, move it to the top
• If there's no clear ask, flag it
